Great story and i bet by next al hollows eve Josephine will have learned enough magic to not want to change back. And further more MOM was going to have to wait another 100yrs to be the matriarch and she does not want to give that power back to her mom/second dad her first dad had been dead for 20yrs. The new Raymond who was grandma Rachel was having to much fun as an older single man able to sleep with any woman he picked up at the local bar's seeing the one peace of magic he kept was to have a long sex life.
